At the 2:57 mark of the 2nd Quarter Freshmen Morgan Henderson cuts the lead to 1 at 20-19 on a traditional three point play giving her 13 at that point. Going to half-time score Branson 26-Buffalo 21. Michaela Dapprich with 15 points to lead the lady Pirates, while Henderson leads Buffalo with 14. Buffalo able to keep it close going to the 4th only down 35-29 as Henderson hits a three to end the third. Points in the 4th were hard to come by as Branson's Michaela Dapprich hits first bucket for either team at the 4:58 mark. Bison's Jamie Crawford hits a three with 2:45 remaining cutting the lead to 3, and Moriah Dapprich gets that 6 point cushion back with a trey of her own followed by a Michaela Dapprich basket in the paint to extend the lead to 42-34 with 1:20 remaining. Michaela with another bucket in the paint with :41 remaining, and with :21 is fouled in the bonus and hits1of 2. Buffalo gets a quick basket with :12 remaining cutting the lead to 45-38 but run out of time final score Branson 45 Buffalo 38.
